Arts Festival Day ~ Saturday, July 14 9:30 am - 4:00pm
(No Classes on Wednesday, July 4 ~ HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY)

TUITION: $900.00

LAB FEES: Some classes have lab fees, especially cooking and art classes.
Please be aware that you may be charged an additional fee. There is a cap on lab fees of $75.00.

To spark creativity and build self confidence by experiencing the arts
in a challenging, supportive and fun environment.
The Academy of TCT Summer Workshop is for students ages 7-18.
Each student chooses six classes per day.
ACT Summer Workshop offers over sixty classes a day in the performing and visual arts.

REGISTER YOUR CHILD
Print, fill out, sign and return the Summer Application/Emergency Form with a non-refundable $300.00 deposit.


CHOOSE CLASSES
Late in May, we will e-mail you a link to choose your classes.

~ Important Note ~
You will be registered in the classes in the order your class request is received.
There is a capacity limit on class size, so please submit a first and second choice for each class period.
Every effort is made to fit students into their first choice classes. However, this is not always possible.
Please be aware of this when you register.

SEND IN YOUR FINAL PAYMENT
You will receive a confirmation of your class schedule and your total balance due including lab fees.
Please pay this immediately. All tuition and lab fees must be paid by June 15.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child bring a lunch?
Yes- children are required to bring a lunch clearly labeled with their name.
Snacks and beverages are available for sale all day.

 My child will start First Grade in the Fall - can they attend?
It is preferred that your child is at least seven years old and/or has completed first grade.

 Can my child bring a friend?
Yes. Students may bring a guest for a maximum of two days.
You must complete an emergency form for the friend and pay a $75.00 per day fee. 

Do you offer any scholarship assistance?
Yes. The Donald Messinger Memorial Scholarship offers partial scholarships based on need and ability.


What is a Counselor-in-Training and Jr. Counselor-in-Training?
A Counselor-in-Training is an Assistant to the Counselors during classes.
A Jr. Counselor in Training is an Assistant to the CITs.

We cannot attend the Arts Festival Day. Should I not sign up my child?
Most of the classes are geared toward a final project for Arts Festival Day. But, not all classes are performance classes. Your child is welcome to attend; we just ask that either he/she choose non-performing classes or that he/she informs her counselors on the first day of classes.

Who are the counselors?
Michael, Jordie and Zoe founded the Academy of the Company Theatre in 1987 and maintain their active role as directors and teachers. Each summer we hire experienced musicians, actors, directors, dancers and artisans with a passion for teaching to share their craft and inspire your child.
